I ordered a selection of items as gifts. The Fox backpack, which is beautiful and perfect size for a child, and some beauty products. Sadly some of the delicate items were damaged in transit and the customer service I received was absolutely fantastic to rectify the problem. The damaged items were replaced immediately, without any problems - thank you. Delivery was really fast both times. The soaps and bath bombs smell amazing - would 100% order from here again.
